ABOUT
MellowLune
An online store with one product: the Kids' Smart Drawing Projector. This page says who we are, what we sell and what we will not claim.
What we do
MellowLune is a small online store selling to customers in the United States. Today we sell one product and we would rather describe it accurately than list fifty.
One product, described properly
Everything on this site is about the Kids’ Smart Drawing Projector: what it does, what is in the box, how it is powered and what it does not do. The specifications on the product page come from the product itself.
What you can count on
Free shipping on orders over $100. 14-day returns and exchanges. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and our full terms are linked in the footer.
What you will not find here
No invented customer reviews, no star ratings we did not receive, no countdown timers and no “was” prices we never charged. If a number appears on this site - 200 cards, 4000 mAh, ages 3 and up - it comes from the product or its packaging.
Talking to us
Email support@mellowlune.com or use the contact page. A person reads it.
Safety first
The projector is for ages 3 and up. It contains small parts - choking hazard - and is not for children under 3 years.
HOW WE WORK
Three rules we hold ourselves to
Say what it is
Plain descriptions of what the product does, in the order a parent asks about it.
Show the real thing
Every product photo on this site is the product you receive, in the colors we sell.
Keep the terms visible
Shipping, returns and safety information are linked from every page, not buried.
